About us
Consultancy services and comprehensive solutions. Not just machines.
Yite Environmental designs and builds industrial dust control equipment — bag filters, cartridge collectors, cyclones, wet scrubbers and welding fume extractors — for plants that cannot afford to let dust slow them down. Since 2015 our engineers and welders have worked from one 30,000 m² plant in Botou, Hebei: a customer’s dust condition becomes a dimensioned, fabricated and tested system, not a guess.
The difference is where we start. A catalogue sells you a model; we ask about your process first — dust type, air volume, temperature, moisture, working hours and the discharge target you have to meet — then engineer the answer around it. That is why our machines arrive sized to your problem, with a drawing you can check before any plate is cut.
And because cutting, rolling, welding, wiring and painting all happen under one roof, the person who answers your non-standard hopper angle or control-cabinet voltage is the person who builds it. You get a real lead time, a machine we stand behind — and one accountable factory from first question to container loading.
- 12,000+ tonnes fabricated per year
- 30,000 m² works area under one roof
- 6 production lines, raw plate to finished paint
- 20+ years of combined team experience
Everything in-house, in one place
Owning the full process is what lets us promise real lead times and stand behind every weld.
How your system is engineered and built
-
1
Engineering & drawing review
Every order starts with a drawing check: inlet position, hopper angle, discharge height, plate thickness, platforms, ladders and paint colour are confirmed before any plate is cut.
-
2
Cutting & forming
CNC plasma and shear lines cut plate to drawing tolerances; rolling machines form round bodies and press brakes shape hoppers and stiffeners.
-
3
Welding & assembly
Certified welders assemble filter chambers, hoppers, doors and duct connections to tolerance, then air-check the shell before it moves to finishing.
-
4
Shot blasting & painting
Carbon steel is shot-blasted clean and painted in our own paint shop — no subcontractor queue, and your chosen finish colour goes on before the internals are fitted.
-
5
Filter media fitting
Bags, cages and cartridge elements are fitted in clean conditions; gaskets, clamps and fasteners are torqued so nothing leaks when pulse cleaning fires.
-
6
Wiring & controls
Control cabinets are designed and wired in-house for your voltage and motor rating, with variable-speed drives, timers and differential-pressure control set to your process.
-
7
Testing & quality control
Every machine is leak-tested and run before dispatch: pulse valves fire in sequence, the fan is balanced, doors seal and the control panel completes a full cycle.
-
8
Packing & export loading
Each unit is protected for sea freight, crated and loaded with a packing list and pre-shipment photos, so you know exactly what arrives on site.
