Cyclone Dust Collector
YTXF
No filter media, no consumables — for coarse and abrasive dust.
No bags, no cartridges, no pulse valves. Once installed the consumable cost is effectively zero.
Sand, grit and mineral dust that would cut through fabric media pass through a steel cyclone without issue.
Placed ahead of a baghouse, it removes the bulk load so the bags last far longer.
No moving parts in the separation stage. Empty the hopper and check for wear.

Usually not. Cyclones are efficient on coarse particles but let fine dust through. If you have a stack limit to meet, use the cyclone as a pre-separator and follow it with a bag or cartridge filter.
When you are recovering material rather than meeting an emission limit — grain, chips, granulate — and the particles are large and heavy.
By taking the heavy fraction out first it substantially extends bag life. The exact benefit depends on your dust loading and particle distribution.
Yes. For highly abrasive duty we can increase plate thickness or add wear lining at the impact zone.
