Overview
A pulse-jet baghouse sized for continuous industrial duty. Compressed-air pulses clean the bags on-line, so the unit keeps a low, stable pressure drop through the shift instead of slowly choking. Media can be specified for heat, moisture, abrasion or static.
- Set into the stiffened panels of the housing, the rectangular access doors provide the service openings for the collector. Each door is fastened around its rim and seals against the panel, keeping the casing airtight while the unit runs. During a maintenance stop, an operator opens a door to inspect the bags and the internal walls, then fastens it closed again within minutes. The doors are positioned so that the areas needing the most attention are reached without removing panels.
- Built from carbon steel with stiffened panels and a protective paint finish, the casing stays rigid under continuous suction. A wide flanged inlet gives the site ducting a firm, sealed connection, and three inverted-pyramid hoppers collect the released dust and discharge it evenly through flanged outlets. Access doors on the housing allow quick inspection of the bags.
- The same collector design can control dust in many different processes, including metal grinding and polishing, stone cutting and grinding, grain and feed processing, foundry sand handling, powder packing and sandblasting. For each application the unit is selected to match the dust load, and the flanged inlet connects simply to the workshop ducting.
- Every machine can be supplied to your specification. Body color can be blue, white, gray, green or any shade you choose; supply voltage can be 380V, 400V or 480V; overall size follows your workshop; air volume matches the working condition; and the nameplate can carry your logo. Since the factory handles customization directly, details are confirmed before production and the machine arrives ready to run.
- Every collector is manufactured and supplied directly by the factory and passes a quality check before shipment, covering welding, paint, fasteners and the cleaning system. Our team guides installation and answers technical questions after the machine is running.
