Effective Exhaust Scrubbing Solutions for Industrial Applications

A packed spray tower that washes the exhaust stream. Where the pollutant is a gas, a mist or a hot sticky vapour, a fabric filter is the wrong tool — a scrubber absorbs it into the liquid phase instead. Available in PP, FRP, stainless or mild steel to match your chemistry.

• Multi-layer spray and packing. Nozzles distribute washing liquid over layers of packing material and create a large wetted surface inside the tower. Rising gas meets the descending liquid, and soluble pollutants and dust are washed from the stream. Distribution plates spread the gas evenly across the whole column, so the whole section works as one.
• Water circulation and simple upkeep. A rectangular tank stores the washing liquid and returns it to the spray system in a continuous loop, allowing long running periods with little attention. Sight glasses show the spray and packing state during operation, while sealed access doors and a caged ladder give safe entry for inspection and packing replacement.
• Built around your working condition. Colour can be matched to your workshop or brand, voltage selected for the local supply, and dimensions planned for the space you have. Your logo can be applied to the tower, and air volume is arranged for the exhaust flow of the process, so a single unit can be prepared for a specific line rather than being limited to a standard catalogue configuration.
• Applications and factory support. The wet scrubber is used for acid mist from electroplating, chemical process exhaust, fumes from metal surface treatment, electronics plant exhaust, laboratory fume exhaust and odour control at wastewater plants.
