Overview
A small wheeled cartridge unit with one or two capture arms. Suitable for shops that need effective extraction at a few positions but cannot justify installing a central system with ductwork.
- Built on heavy-duty swivel casters, this compact mobile cartridge dust collector moves easily between workstations and follows the job anywhere. One unit serves multiple welding, grinding, or cutting stations, eliminating the cost of a fixed central system. Lockable casters keep the machine stable while the space-saving footprint fits narrow aisles and crowded workshops.
- The flexible extraction arm with a flared suction hood reaches exactly to the fume source and holds position during operation. The arm rotates a full 360 degrees to capture welding fume, grinding dust, and cutting smoke before they spread into the breathing zone. Source capture protects operator health and keeps workshop air clean without whole-room ventilation energy waste.
- High-efficiency pleated cartridge media captures fine dust down to 0.3 microns at 99.9 percent filtration efficiency. The large filtration area keeps suction stable during long working hours, while the base drawer collects separated dust for quick and clean disposal. Cleaner air is returned to the workshop, cutting heating and cooling losses versus exhaust-to-outside systems.
- The recessed control panel provides emergency stop, start and stop buttons, a power indicator, a fan switch, and a speed selector to adjust suction for each task. The speed control saves energy on light work and delivers full capture power when needed. Quick-release latches and hinged doors give tool-free access to the filter for fast cartridge inspection and replacement.

They overlap. The YDLT range offers higher air volume and more filter area, which suits heavier or more continuous duty and larger capture hoods.

Can it serve two operators?
The twin-arm versions can, provided both are working within arm reach. For more positions, a central system is more economical.

What material is the small mobile cartridge dust collector made of and how durable is it in industrial workshops?
The body is heavy duty carbon steel with electrostatic powder coating that resists rust, scratches and chemical splashes. SS304 stainless steel is optional for corrosive or hygienic environments. The unit combines a fan chamber, pulse cleaning system, filtration chamber and a dust storage drawer in one compact cabinet on swivel casters, so it moves easily between workstations. Which industries and dust types is this mobile collector with a flexible suction arm best suited for?
The flexible suction arm with a flared nozzle reaches up to 3 meters and positions directly at the dust source through the 160 mm inlet for maximum capture. Ideal for welding fume, grinding and polishing dust, laser and plasma cutting smoke, sanding and powder handling. Handles fine dry dust down to 0.3 micron including metal oxide fume, wood dust and plastic dust. An explosion proof version with flame proof fan, flameless relief panel and fire arrestors is available for combustible dust.

What power options are available, how is the machine packed, and what warranty and support do you provide?
Standard configuration is 220V 60Hz 3 phase with a 4 kW fan; 220V 380V 440V 480V at 50 or 60 Hz are available on request. The machine is packed in a reinforced wooden crate suitable for sea or air freight. A 12 month warranty covers the complete machine; filter cartridges are consumable items and are not covered. Lead time is about 15 days after deposit. Spare parts ship within 48 hours via DHL FedEx or UPS with tracking, and free remote support is included.
